A despicable person abandoned their dog at a nearby school in the middle of the night. He was too afraid to leave because he was unsure of his surroundings. He also thought his owner might come back for him. The pup cowered down into a corner, waiting for help. When the morning came, so did the students. They were so excited to meet the dog and showered him with love. The pup was happy to have new friends around him. They gave him food and water and then went to class.
The dog was thrilled to be around the children, but once the school day ended, he was on his own again. Loneliness crept in, along with fear and anguish. He couldn’t stay at the school on his own, but as the days turned into weeks and then months, it seemed this was the dog’s fate until someone finally stepped forward and called a local rescue group.
Milan, the founder of Dog Rescue Shelter Mladenovac, Serbia, arrived on the scene eager to help the pup. At first, the dog was nervous, but as Milan knelt down with a delicious bowl of food, the dog walked over. After he ate, the rescuer carried him to his vehicle. When he placed the dog down, he could see that he was unable to bear weight on his back leg. Milan hugged the dog and told him it would be okay.
