These puppies were in urgent need of help, and Niall and his team quickly showed up. They had been living on land slated for construction. The puppies were initially very scared and uncooperative, making their rescue quite difficult. After several hours of effort, they were all finally secured. “You’re safe now,” Niall reassured them as he and his team took them in. Out of the group of eight, most found permanent homes quickly, but two remained at the rescue center. These two were especially fearful of people and continued to run away whenever approached, even after a month.

Gradually, through the use of food rewards, they began to build trust. By the time they were about three months old, they started getting closer to humans, though they were still cautious. The treats played a crucial role in earning their trust, allowing the rescuers to finally make contact. Over time, the puppies became more excited whenever one of their caregivers arrived to feed them.

Recognizing their need for more socialization, the team introduced them to other canines so they wouldn’t feel so isolated. Slowly, they became accustomed to wearing a leash, preparing for the next chapter in their lives. As their confidence grew, they finally embarked on their first walk. “Who could have imagined this?” Niall said with pride, seeing them bravely step forward.

When they were fully prepared, they each found a new home and were flown to the UK. Now, they’re enjoying their lives with loving families.

The dogs, Sophie and Lina, once petrified of humans, are so very grateful that kind people never gave up on them. Thank you to Niall and his wonderful team for your efforts and love. May these adorable pups continue to celebrate every day with the people they will always trust with their hearts.
