Due to a custody arrangement, Walker the Golden Retriever could no longer spend as much time with his best friend, Willow. The two had once been inseparable, constantly by each other’s side, sharing every moment together. But now, weeks would go by without a reunion, and the separation took a visible toll on Walker.

He grew quiet and withdrawn, his once joyful demeanor replaced by sadness. Watching their beloved dog struggle, Walker’s family knew they had to do something to lift his spirits. So, they made a big decision — they would bring home a new companion to help fill the emptiness in Walker’s life.
