Dogs are curious creatures by nature and can find themselves in troublesome situations. Most of the time, these events are quickly resolved, and the dog is just fine. But, of course, there are instances that can become life-threatening. We’ve seen stories where dogs get themselves into terrible predicaments. But thankfully, most of these tales end happily. As humans, it is our responsibility to step in to protect them. But this isn’t always an easy task. This story serves as a reminder that dogs need supervision and a safe place to live out their days. But if they ever find themselves in a sticky situation, we will be there for them, no matter what!
A woman filmed a harrowing journey for a dog stuck on a rooftop. The dog had climbed out of a window and found himself in a dangerous and precarious situation. People watched, with their hearts racing, unsure what the dog would do. They called for help, but before authorities arrived, a kind man decided to take matters into his own hands, knowing the dog could fall to his death at any moment.
He climbed on top of the roof and allowed the dog to sniff his hand. The pup got close enough to do so and wagged his tail but then retreated. Once the man backed up, knelt down, and went to retrieve something from the window, the dog curiously came closer but then backed up again. This rescue was NOT going to be easy!
The man armed himself with treats, hoping to entice the pup. The dog smelled the goodies and attempted to come closer. The man’s hand and the dog’s face were inches apart! Just when the man thought he could grab the dog by the nape, something went terribly wrong. The pup actually moved higher onto the roof. But the man refused to give up!
Check out the video below to see how the rescue saga ends. It’s incredible! Be prepared to be at the edge of your seat for this one!
